Wir eine Gruppe von ca. 30 Pers. (Familie, Freunde) waren von der Aussicht und der Lage des Hauses, überwältigt. Mit den 12 DZ / Lavabo hatte man auch die Privatsphäre. Das Skigebiet war mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Das Skigebiet hat auch sehr schöne Wanderwege. Erwähnen möchte ich auch speziell die angenehme, zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite Hausverwalterin Frau Eberli.

Das Lagerhaus steht an einer unglaublich schönen Lage, weit ab vom Trubel. Dies generiert aber auch Mehrkosten, da die Gruppen jeweils mit dem Postauto nach Flums gelangen müssen, um von dort aus mit dem Zug Ausflüge starten zu können. Die Busbetriebe Heim stellen solche Transporte zuverlässig sicher. Das Haus ist sehr gut für Lager geeignet, die 2-4 Bettzimmer lassen einen ruhigen Betrieb zu. Auch der genügend grosse Gruppenraum und die grosszügige Umgebung nehmen Gruppen gut auf. Die Küche ist etwas eng aber funktional ausgerüstet. Die Gemeinschaftsdusche im Kellen und der Zugang durch die Küche sind gewohnheitsbedürftig. Die Anlagen sind alt und es muss mit Funktionsausfällen sowohl im sanitären- wie auch im elektrischen Bereich gerechnet werden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber sehr stimmig.
