Wir finden, dass es schön wäre, wenn es für die Leiterinnen eine bessere Matratze hätte. Den Herd fanden wir ziemlich unpraktisch. Es dauert ewig, bis der Café durchgelaufen ist. Auch den Ofen fanden wir nicht sonderlich praktisch. Wir wollten Pizza machen. Da es kein Umluft Program gibt, mussten wir ständig die grossen Backbleche wechseln und es dauert sehr lange, bis wir essen konnten. Draussen fehlte uns der Schatten, einen Schirm oder ein Segel. Wir mussten mit den Kindern die schweren Tische immer wieder in den Schatten rücken. Frau Spiess war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
