The house is situated in the centre of Saas-Grund in a sunny location surrounded by magnificent mountains, it is - however - in a very quiet area. The station of the aerial passenger line Kreuzboden/Hohsaas as well as the public sport facilities (football pitch, tennis court, beachvolleyball court, skating rink) are located only a few steps away across the street. The rooms were renovated in fall 2014.

Super Zimmer, Bäder und Küche. Obwohl in der Mitte noch Wohnungen sind, gab es nie Beschwerden, dass wir zu laut seien. Verwalterin wohnt gleich nebenan, unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Spielwiese vor dem Haus sehr klein, dafür ist ein Sportplatz gleich über die Strasse bei den Bergbahnen.

Wir haben uns mit 30 Personen sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr sauber, super Küchenausstattung, wurden sehr gut betreut. Würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus war super und Doris war eine tolle und sehr flexible Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht um ein schönes Wochenende mit einer grossen Gruppe in Saas-Grund/Saas-Fee zu verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr gut an das Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen und gemütlich/modern eingerichtet. Der Partyraum war natürlich ebenfalls super. Wir waren bloss überrascht, dass im 3. Stock noch andere Leute wohnten, weshalb wir im Treppenhaus ab 10 Uhr hätten leise sein sollen. Alles in Allem sind wir sehr zufrieden mit Doris, dem Haus und dem Service. Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmeraufteilung in 2er, 4er und 5er Zimmer war sehr angenehm. Wir haben den Platz vor dem Haus geschätzt sowie den Spielraum mit Ping Pong und Tischfussball. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Auch den Fernsehen im Speisesaal war für das schlechte Wetter hilfreich. Der Service sowie die Kommunikation war ausgesprochen gut. Ich bekam von Doris super Tipps und sie stand immer zur Hilfe bereit. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Es ist immer sehr angenehm sowie der Umgang mit den Vermietern freundlich und angenehm im zentral gelegenen Annabelle Gruppenhaus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Das Gruppenhaus im schönen Saastal ist die ideale Unterkunft für Gruppen verschiedener Grössen. Ich habe mit einer Schulklasse eine Woche in Saas Grund verbracht und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Zimmer (keine Massenschläge) sind gepflegt und bieten durch die Bettenanzahl (2-5 pro Zimmer) und zahlreiche Balkone einen ruhigen und gemütlichen Rückzugsort für die Gäste während dem Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist in top Zustand und eignet sich perfekt für Menüs jeglicher Art. Der Essraum ist geräumig und die Austattung des Hauses (TVs, DVD-Sammlung, PingPong-Tisch, Kickerkasten, Rasenfläche, etc.) bietet für jung und alt genug Platz für Aktivitäten im und ums Haus. Saas Grund bietet ein grosses Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten. Wunderschöne Wanderungen, Monstertrottis, ein TOP Foxtrail auf den Spuren eines sagenumworbenen Pfarrers und natürlich das touristische Dörfchen Saas Fee liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind dank der Gästekarten mit dem ÖV kostenlos erreichbar. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen zum Haus oder zu den Aktivitäten steht die sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieterin jederzeit zur Verfügung, dies haben wir enorm geschätzt. Wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche in Saas Grund
