The old patrician house - with room for up to approx. 85 people - offers comfort, has a lot of charm and is situated in the centre of Parpan, a small village before Lenzerheide. The house was run as a hotel until summer 2012 and therefore has a very high standard for a group house.
From the sun terrace of the house you have a fascinating view of an impressive alpine panorama.
