The house was built in 1972 and extended in 2014. The house consists of a 1.5 room flat (up to 2 people), a group section (up to 20 people) and a 6 room flat (up to 6 people). Since 2014, the group part has a modern new industrial kitchen and a large dining room. There are 4 double rooms and 4 triple rooms on 2 floors. In spring 2017, all the wet rooms were redone.
The 6-room flat and the small 1.5-room flat are always let separately - i.e. there may be other guests in the house.
IMPORTANT: if the entire group part is booked, the industrial kitchen and the large dining room are available. The two domestic kitchens are converted into bedrooms.

In winter you can ski right up to the front door if you ski in the Hohsaas ski area. The ski bus is included in the visitor's tax (Bürgerpass) and in summer all buses and practically all mountain railways are included in the visitor's tax.
The house is ideal for: Ski groups in winter or hiking groups in summer.
