The holiday home Lunschania is located a little away from Vals (Graubünden), right next to our farm, with a view of the Vals mountains. It was gently renovated in 2019 and can accommodate up to 30 people. You will love the large, light-flooded lounge, the open and well-equipped kitchen and the modern bathrooms. The grounds in front of the house offer plenty of space to play and linger, various seating areas and a fireplace. Discover one of the highest ski areas in Graubünden (free for children), fantastic hiking areas, unspoilt Alps, magnificent lakes and rivers, high mountains and varied bike tours in the immediate vicinity. Suitable for nature-loving guests, families, school camps, groups, weekends or private events.

Free use of the cable car to Gadastatt (mountain station) and the hiking buses for all guests. Reduced admission to the Therme Vals.

Accommodation tax winter: CHF 6.00 per person/night
Free use of the gondola lift to Gadastatt (up to the Vals 3000 ski area) for all guests. Children under 16 years of age ski for free in the whole ski area, for adults the day ticket costs only CHF 33.00.
Discounted admission to the Therme Vals.

Hot water/heating/electricity: all-inclusive June - August CHF 30.00/night; September to May CHF 40.00/night.
House cleaning: CHF 250.00
Any damage to the house and furniture will be replaced at a charge.

Das Gruppenhaus Lunschania ist hochmodern ausgestattet. Die geräumigen, modernen Einzelbadezimmer und die sehr gut ausgestattete, auf grosse Gruppen ausgelegte Küche überzeugten uns besonders. Die Vermieterin Heidi lebt im Haus nebenan und stand uns jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit für Anliegen bezüglich der Gästekarte oder Abfallentsorgung zur Verfügung. Direkt vor dem Haus ist die Postauto-Station und es gehen einige schöne Spazierwege zum Fluss direkt vom Haus weg. Die Einrichtung war super praktisch, im Skiraum und Eingangsbereich hatte es genügend Haken und Gestelle, um all unsere Ausrüstung zu verstauen. Auch der Töggelikasten im Untergeschoss war ein Highlight. Wir hatten einen perfekten Lageraufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Herzlichen Dank!

Es ist ein wunderschönes sanft renoviertes Haus was alles nötige im Haus hat was man zum wohnen braucht.

Das Haus ist schön hell, renoviert und verfügt über genügend Platz für eine Gruppe mit 24 Leuten. Draussen wie auch drinnen hat es Spielgelegenheiten für Kinder (Trampolin, Tischtennis, Tschüttelikasten) und so wird es niemandem langweilig. Was zu beachten ist, das Haus steht relativ abgelegen und es muss für die meisten Aktivitäten der Bus genommen werden. Ich würde mit meiner Schulklasse das Gruppenhaus Lunschania wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen und entspannten Aufenthalt :)

Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, alles neu und blitzsauber. Mit Pingpong Tisch, Töggelikasten, Spielen, Beamer ..., es fehlt definitiv an nichts. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation.
