In winter, our house is a 3-minute walk from the chairlift and the ice field. You can ski directly in front of the house. In summer you can reach the Ruffalisee/ Park in 3 minutes on foot.
Our house was partially renovated in 2020 and is very appreciated because of its perfect location. The house is divided into four floors: Dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, double, single and triple rooms on the 1st floor, incl. showers with WC. On the 2nd floor are the quadruple, eight, and multi-bed rooms. On the 4th floor is the 11-bed dormitory.
The house is ideal for: Schools, families, clubs, bike or motorbike holidays.
