Das Haus liegt zentral in der Altstadt von Luzern und ist vom Bahnhof gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Betten sind bequem und das Frühstück ist sehr gut; allerdings ist das Haus eher hellhörig. Die Behandlung durch das Personal war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
