Located in the Terra di San Carlo, a few steps from the Basodino restaurant, the post bus stop and the starting point for various hiking trails, the house is a simple accommodation for groups.
The recently completed renovation works have been carried out respecting the original features of the building in order to preserve its charm and historical value. It consists of a main building that can accommodate up to 16 people. On the ground floor there is a large, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room; on the first floor there is an atrium, 2 single rooms and a large room with 5 beds; on the first floor there are 2 rooms, one with 6 beds and one with 3 beds.
All rooms are equipped with cupboards, shelves, a small table and stools.
Next to the main building there is a small rustic cottage, called Stallino, which can accommodate 2 people. The two-storey house has a kitchenette and a table with stools on the ground floor and 2 single beds on the ground floor.
