by bus to Schwarzenbühl - 25 minutes walking dinstance to the house (Public transport only operates at weekends and not all year round!)

Not accessible by car (In summer about 20 minutes on foot (hiking trail) from the access road. In winter the house is easiest to reach with the ski lift, otherwise 30 minutes on foot (via ski slope) from the access road.)
