Walldürn Youth Hostel has been in existence since 1928 and is located directly next to a large wooded area in the north of the pilgrimage and garrison town. It is therefore one of the most traditional hostels in the DJH Baden-Württemberg regional association and today stands for a modern concept that combines ecological sustainability and social responsibility. Particularly noteworthy are the innovative projects, such as the first DJH forest kindergarten directly connected to the youth hostel and our new photovoltaic system on the roof, which makes an important contribution to environmentally friendly energy supply.
