The Berghaus TV Madretsch is situated at 1,100 metres above sea level in the Bernese Jura, surrounded by woods and meadows, and offers the ideal setting for group stays close to nature. Built in 1938, the mountain lodge was renovated in 1984 and 2000 and exudes a distinctive charm.
This cosy self-catering lodge sleeps 38 and is ideal for school groups, clubs, Scouts and families. A games room, a fire pit and an outdoor playground ensure plenty of variety. In winter, the Les Prés d’Orvin ski area and the cross-country ski trails are within easy reach, whilst in summer numerous hiking trails pass right by the lodge. Its peaceful location and charming mountain hut atmosphere make the Berghaus an ideal place for shared experiences in the great outdoors.
IMPORTANT: Running hot and cold water from a cistern is available, but there is no drinking water and no shower!
