Borgo Santa Maria is a holiday complex created through the careful restoration of old stone and brick houses. Nestled in the stunning countryside, just a stone’s throw from Tuscany, it is the ideal place to spend a holiday surrounded by nature and art.

The holiday complex comprises 10 apartments of various sizes, accommodating between two and eight people. For large groups or celebrations, the entire complex can be hired (a total of 47 beds).
The Locanda delle Rose room (50m²) can be used for groups, communal meals, cookery classes, meetings and ceremonies. In addition, the large Sala Cappuccina lounge (60m²) is available for cosy evenings.

In addition to these features, guests can enjoy the comfort of a brand-new, modern residential complex, complete with numerous amenities such as household appliances, a safe, double glazing, satellite TV with national and international channels, heating, a wellness area and many other services.

The price is for the exclusive use of the entire complex, comprising 10 self-contained holiday homes, as well as all communal areas, reserved exclusively for the group.

- Heating and air conditioning: charged according to actual usage
- Tourist tax: in accordance with applicable local regulations.
