This is a larger property that was formerly used as a farm and now offers space for various activities. The idyllic setting offers a magical grotto with waterfall, cave, stream, gardens and a viewpoint over Lake Zurich and into the mountains. The special blend of artistic flair and old-rustic style gives the place that certain something. The accommodation is in a listed farmhouse built in 1754. The bathrooms and kitchen were completely renovated in 2024. There is also a barn on the property that can be hired for events. The location is ideal for group excursions, seminars, youth camps or, in combination with the hire of the barn, for various celebrations such as birthdays, weddings, company events, etc. Public bathing areas are located in the immediate vicinity of the property.

For the guests of the group house there is a private garden seating area right next to the house. Guests share the remaining outdoor space with visitors to the property and Synergy Village employees. If the barn is not rented, it will be rented out on a daily basis to other guests for events.

Es handelt sich um ein altes Haus, das mit Holz geheizt wird. Es ist entsprechend ringhörig und zugig; man muss mit relativ wenig Komfort klar kommen (steile Treppen, nur 1 Dusche). Der wilde Garten, die Nähe des Sees, die Freundlichkeit des Teams und der anständige Preis wiegen diese Nachteile auf (sofern das Wetter mitspielt). - Wir waren 24 (quasi)Erwachsene - einige konnten in der Scheune schlafen. Freundliches und kompetentes Team vor Ort.

Einfaches, sympathisches, unkompliziertes "Villa Kunterbunt" Haus, der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen, entspricht der Beschreibung. Bei Fragen usw. ist immer jemand ansprechbar und hilft, Devi sowieso und ihre Antworten kommen immer prompt. Danke vielmals für unseren schönen Aufenthalt.
