Our house is located at the border of the village Segnas. It offers a large playground, a fireplace and a public football pitch opposite the house.
The landscape invites you to beautiful hikes and a lot of other summer activities.
Ski-in and Ski-out is possible in winter.
The house is ideal for: groups of all kind, classes and families.

Das Haus war wirklich sauber und ordentlich, als wir ankamen. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. In der ersten Etage gibt es keine Bettwäsche und keine Decken, aber das lässt sich einrichten! Frau Durchsei war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer pünktlich auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es darum ging, uns schon am Morgen ins Haus zu bringen und zusätzliche Decken und Laken bereitzustellen. Alles war perfekt! Vielen Dank für Ihren Dienst!

Frau Durschei, die Hausvermieterin, ist uns jederzeit sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert zur Seite gestanden. Die Gegend in Segnas ist atemberaubend schön und bietet auch im Sommer diverse Möglichkeiten für grosse Gruppen. Das Haus hat bis auf wenige Ausnahmen unseren Ansprüchen vollumfänglich gedient. Positiv zu werten: gute Zimmeraufteilung (auch kleinere Zimmer), samt oberstem Stockwerk mit hübschem Leiterzimmer / toller Keller, lärmgeschützt (für Frühaufsteher und Nachtschwärmer geeignet) und bestens ausgerüstet mit Tischtennis, Tischfussball und Discoraum / Genügend WC und Duschen / Fussballplatz für Spiele und mehr / Parkmöglichkeiten / top Lierferservice der nahegeliegenen Geschäfte (z.B. Spar) wenige Abzüge: Aussenraum eher knapp (Hanglage), kein Lebensmittelgeschäft in Segnas

War soweit gut, leider von der vorherigen Gruppe nicht sehr sauber hinterlassen. Sehr schöne Aussicht und sehr gut eingerichtete Küche.

Wir waren mit 78 Personen im Lagerhaus. Das ist eher die obere Grenze. gute Lage, moderne Küche, wenige Duschen

Tolles Gruppenhaus - sehr gute Infrastruktur, alles gut instand gehalten, alles robust und lagertauglich. Viel Platz im und ums Haus herum. Sehr schöne Lage des Hauses, aber auch sehr schöne Gegend. Gute Zimmereinteilungen: Schülerstock - Leiterstock, angenehme Zimmergrössen (8er). Einzig, dass jegliches Reinigungsmaterial selbst mitgebracht werden muss (Ausnahmen: Kübel und Besen), ist etwas umständlich.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus. Grosszügige und sehr ruhige Umgebung. Gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. 5 Zweier-Zimmer = sehr positiv, damit Leitung, Küche usw. sich zurückziehen kann. Kleine Stube im Obergeschoss angenehm, um sich als Führung und für Gespräche zurückziehen zu können. Licht dürfte dort etwas angenehmer sein = heller, wie z.B. mit Ständerlampe. Wireless grundsätzlich im ganzen Haus vorhanden. Bei uns in den oberen Stöcken war dieses nicht verwendbar. Im Vertrag fehlend, dass Nebenkosten, wie Heizung, Strom, Wireless usw. zusätzlich dazu kommen. Haus kann auf jeden Fall weiter empfohlen werden.
