Das Haus ist ausgesprochen preiswert und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Betten wurden kürzlich von einem Hotel übernommen und sind in gutem Zustand, die obere 4. Etage ist frisch renoviert. Auch die anderen Zimmer sind in gutem Zustand und die Küche ordentlich eingerichtet und technisch in gutem Zustand. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Das Haus ist gepflegt und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.
Die Küche und die Zimmer teilweise mit Dusche sind wirklich super.
Steigerungspotential gibt es folgende:
Der Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr laut, dieser sollte baulich mit Schallschutz verbessert werden. Der Fussballkasten und der Ping Pong Tisch sind ziemlich alt und nur begrenzt benutzbar.
